About Serendipity
Serendipity formerly known as Thornagers, is an indoor and outdoor forest venue nestled in the woods of West Flagstaff, Arizona. Serendipity is a great location for weddings and other events. Our vintage and charming building can accommodate up to 100 guests. The outside space has multiple ceremony sites to offer, all surrounded by pine trees! It is conveniently close to several hotels and rentals for guest lodging. This venue is a great space for all four seasons of the year, whether it is amplified by spring flowers, fall leaves, or winter snow, it always looks beautiful. We allow external vendors of your choice, but also provide a list of highly recommended local vendors that we work with frequently. Check out our website!

the venue was really pretty and Stevie was a wonderful coordinator and helped us so much during the whole process, had to knock a star off due to the bathroom stalls not having locks during our wedding but otherwise we were very happy with trusting Serendipity to host our wonderful wedding!

It was absolutely magical. I could not have imagined a better place to have my wedding night and the staff were instrumental in the experience. I could not have higher praise for the venue. Thank you so much for everything!

I had the pleasure of photographing a fall wedding here and I love this venue so so so much. I love how customizable it is, how great the staff treated my couple, and how much fun was had. The venue is gorgeous, spacious and I can't say enough good things about it. It photographs well and has beautiful surrounding foresty areas that you can use to capture some absolutely breathtaking portraits. Highly Recommend!

I have not attended an event at Serendipity, but have had the honor of being involved with celebrations there and absolutely love the vibes for any occasion and working with the team there. Everyone is so accommodating and on top of so many details. You definitely know you are in for an enjoyable time at this venue!

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Serendipity. Not only is it a gorgeous venue, but the ladies who helped us coordinate our special day were absolutely lovely and took care of so much. They helped us build our timeline prior to the day, and took care of timing for our ceremony, appetizers, cutting cake slices for our guests. They setup all the tables and chairs for us and had the grounds freshly manicured prior to our arrival. When we initially visited the venue at the start of planning our wedding, they also provided a list of recommended vendors, which was very helpful. The venue is perfect for having your ceremony outside, followed by your reception inside. There is a bridal suite where you can get ready. We chose to decorate ourselves so they let us arrive early in the morning to decorate and then all I had to do was get ready onsite. I cannot recommend this venue enough! You will not be disappointed!
